Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Mailmus platform (the Mail and Auth products), operated by AMOS [TO BE COMPLETED: provisional name, to be replaced with the final registered company name once settled, along with legal form, company number and registered address]. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

Mailmus provides an API and a dashboard for sending transactional and marketing email (Mail) and for authenticating the end-users of a third-party application (Auth). What each plan includes is set out on our pricing page.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You agree to tell us without delay about any unauthorised use.

Use of the service beyond the free plan is billed according to the pricing in force, through our payment provider Stripe. Usage above your plan’s included volume is billed as described on the pricing page. [TO BE COMPLETED: refund policy, subscription cancellation terms.]

You agree not to use Mailmus to:

• Send unsolicited email (spam) or fraudulent email (phishing).
• Infringe intellectual property rights or breach applicable regulations.
• Compromise the security or availability of the service for other customers.

Any breach may lead to suspension or termination of the account, with or without notice depending on how serious it is. [TO BE COMPLETED: detailed anti-abuse policy.]

Mailmus remains the owner of the platform and its technology. You remain the owner of the data and content you send through the service.

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. [TO BE COMPLETED: service level (SLA), limitation of liability, force majeure.]

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. [TO BE COMPLETED: what happens to data after termination.]
